Cost and growth in asset management

Our 2023 Asset Management study reveals that almost all asset managers suffered severe setbacks in 2022. On average, assets under management fell by 11%, revenues by 15%, and profits by 16%. At the same time, inflation, investments and regulatory requirements are driving up costs. In order to counteract pressure on profitability, we present strategic considerations for asset managers to focus on realigning their cost structure.
